This event was really quite interesting. Some things I learnt in attending and presenting one of the MoMo events in Silicon Valley was the usefulness of a stopwatch/alarm clock to time the presentations. It gave me (presenter) visual indication of how much time I had left. It also made sure that people did not run over, making the evening not feel rushed.
Another good thing I found at the MoMo event I attended was that when people asked questions they had to say their name and the name of the company they represent. This was helpful to me presenting because it gave me context about where the question was coming from. The audience also received benefit from this too, as they get to hear who are some of the companies that are present.
