Widsets is being called the best example of Web 2.0 on the phone. After months of buzz, they officially launched last week and Sanji Fernando will be here to show us how to get widgets on the handset.

And we’ll have three premier providers of mobile metrics to provide us with real data on what’s happening in the mobile industry:

If any of you have mobile data points that you’ve been waiting to get your hands on, please show up with questions. We’ll set aside plenty of time for Q&A.

Where: At MIT Sloan, room E51-395, 70 Memorial Drive, Cambridge, MA (entrance at Amherst and Wadsworth Streets near Kendall Square)

Directions: (Map): From the Kendall Square Subway Stop, exit the Red Line at the east (river) end of the platform. Walk towards the river and make a right on Wadsworth Street (Bank of America on corner). Walk one block to Amherst Street. Building E51 will be on the corner facing you. Walk through the lobby of E51 and up the stairs and bear to your right. Take the stairs or elevator to the 3rd floor.
