Mobile in Boston

Free Registration (required): Sorry…our meeting space is at capacity given the level of RSVP’s, so we are SOLD OUT. Our next event will be on October 30th in cooperation with VON Boston.
While people of all ages can spend hours staring at Facebook, are they willing to do the same on their mobile phone? What’s different about delivering services to social networks through mobile? What are the viable business models?
Jason Karas of Orange Labs Boston will moderate a panel of experts and practitioners in this space to explore these and many other questions on mobile social networking.

[...] This is really cool, the meeting for next Monday of Mobile Monday Boston is SOLD OUT !! Topic for the meeting is Mobile Social Networking and it will be at Orange Labs in Cambridge. [...]
Cool? Why accept a sell out as insurmountable? Find a larger venue in the area (MIT?), or split into 2 venues, e.g., an after-meeting. This prevents future people from signing up asap just to get a spot, whether they can make it or not.
Get a new spot! Its not like there isn’t room a few blocks away.
How can I check if I am registering
Mobile social network will take off for sure. One thing that has been a constant in the market is the cell phone. Adding a mobile social network just adds to the wonder of the mobile phone.
Sold out! Well, I’m locked out. Especially, we’re working to get our mobile social network feature up for MobileLiving isayusay so that members can do polls, invites, cards, and slideshows online and have their mobile inboxes updated anytime via over the air download with options to vote and RSVP.
For the lucky early birds, enjoy your meeting.
