• Bob Geiman: General Partner, Polaris Ventures. Bob is an industry expert on VOIP who sits on the board of directors of Bridgeport Networks, a leading provider of MobileVoIP applications and Fixex/Mobile Convergence software infrastructure, and is a former executive at MCK Communications, an early innovator in the field of SIP-based enterprise voice products.
• Nitzan Shaer: Entrepreneur-in-Residence, IDG Ventures. Nitzan founded and led the Mobile Product group at Skype Technologies. Nitzan joined Skype from Microsoft where he served as Senior Product Manager of Emerging Business for the company’s Mobile and Embedded Division.

Hey everyone. Mobile Monday is coming up next week (October 16th) at MIT Sloan. Here’s the rundown…

Widsets is being called the best example of Web 2.0 on the phone. After months of buzz, they officially launched last week and Sanji Fernando will be here to show us how to get widgets on the handset.

And we’ll have three premier providers of mobile metrics to provide us with real data on what’s happening in the mobile industry:

If any of you have mobile data points that you’ve been waiting to get your hands on, please show up with questions. We’ll set aside plenty of time for Q&A.
